Sardines without bones in extra virgin olive oil, vintage 2014, 115g.

These sardines caught in Brittany have been carefully selected and prepared in the old style from fresh fish. They are hand cleaned, dried and gilded with vegetable oil. They are then drained for at least 2 hours to make them even more digestible. Then they are boxed by hand and covered with olive oil "extra virgin", first cold pressing.

These sardines improve with time. This box is therefore very good from the first year and it will be all the more so in the following years. The sardines will become more and more mellow and confit in their oil. However, we recommend you taste them within 10 years.

We advise you to store these cans flat in a dry place at moderate temperature for a better impregnation.
