Breton sardines to fry with churned butter 1/2 Breton and organic salt
These sardines, Sardina Pilchardus Walbaum, are fished off the coast of Brittany between June and November, during the peak season, for a fat content that guarantees tender, soft and full-flavoured flesh. They are fresh and carefully selected from the local small-scale fishing: Saint Guénolé, Penmarch... . Topping and packing are done, in the old-fashioned way, by hand.
