These sardines, Sardina Pilchardus Walbaum, are fished off our Breton coast between June and November, during the high season, for a fat content that guarantees tender, soft and full of flavor. These fresh sardines are carefully selected from our local suppliers (small peach from Saint Guénolé - Penmarch, Douarnenez, Concarneau…).
