Scomber scombrus caught between October and March, during the high season, our mackerels are processed fresh, cooked in court-bouillon, threaded with scissors and then nested by hand. Fillets of mackerel topping with onions, finely chopped shallots, rapeseed oil, a touch of delicious vinegar accompanied by tagliatelle.
Ingredients: Mackerel fillets, water, vinegar, rapeseed oil, onions, spices and aromatic plants, tomato concentrate, salt, natural flavors, thickeners: guar seed flour and xanthan gum.
