Connétable's traditional sardines have been prepared since 1853 in the oldest cannery still in operation. Caught along the Breton coast at the peak of the season, when they are at their most flavorful, and then carefully hand-prepared according to time-honored methods, these sardines are finished with extra virgin olive oil for the ultimate gourmet experience.
Ingredients: sunflower oil, red bell peppers, tomato paste, salt, spices (paprika, chili pepper, black pepper), Espelette pepper purée 0.47% (Espelette pepper, salt).
