It is in the oldest cannery still operating, that are prepared since 1853 sardines made in the traditional way Connétable. Fished along the coast of Brittany to the best of the season, when they are most delicious and carefully prepared by hand with respect for tradition, these sardines are topped with extra virgin olive oil to the delight of gourmets.
Feel free to let them age, they get better with time.
