Anchovies in ORGANIC olive oil, 80gr net. The Maisor house in Getaria manufactures anchovy fillets in exceptional oil. After 6 months of maturation in vats (at room temperature), the anchovies are cleaned and the fillets are dried before being put in a verrine with organic oil. It sounds simple but it’s a titanic job.
