The term “Chowder” comes to us from Ireland. It is used to designate a soup made from fish, seafood and vegetables. Very nourishing and particularly balanced, this soup is a traditional dish, often served in the coastal villages of Ireland, particularly in pubs.

Water, pieces of mackerel fillets 22%*, onions, potatoes, cream, shallots, rapeseed oil, leeks, butter, white wine, salt, sugar, parsley, pepper.
*Scomber scrombus, caught in the North East Atlantic.
May contain traces of celery
Major allergens (excluding fish): milk. Absence of GMOs.
