Description
Vol au vent sweetbreads, 450g. Fill your bouchées à la reine with this preparation. Ideal for filling 4 bouchées but also mini-bouchées for an aperitif, you can also use it as a chaplain or more rustic: in a crown of rice.
Ingredients: Veal sweetbreads (20%) (from France), dumplings, mushrooms, sauce (water, crème fraîche, Porto (sulphites), white wine (sulphites), shallots, butter, wheat flour ;, modified starch, egg, lemon juice, natural veal stock (contains celery), salt, chilli.
