Brittany crab bisque
This bisque (or soup) is a traditional French cooking soup recipe, made from crab caught in the Morbihan golf course.
Brittany crab bisque, 370g.
Water, crab (used 33%), olive oil, ground fish (2.5%), leeks, carrots, onions, celery, tomato paste - salt - oil Potato starch
White wine (presence of sulphite)
Spices and aromatics (including pepper, thyme, rosemary, parsley, bay leaf, cayenne, saffron)
Natural extracts of onoin and garlic.
Crustacean aroma, sour cream, salt.
